High mileage is a relative term because if a 2008 car has 40,000 miles its low(ish) miles but if a 2014 has 40,000 then i would consider it high mileage. If your overly cautious like me you may want to replace the idler pulleys, cam and crank seals and oli pump seal and o-ring as well.I am currently at 224,000 on our 2004.
