I guess I'm glad I saw it, and if they make more films in this world I'd like to see them, but for a true Scooby-Doo film, I'm sticking with Zombie Island. In any case, this clearly wasn't supposed to be Scooby-Doo's story, because other than the first 10 minutes, this really isn't a mystery movie, it's a superhero movie with Scooby-Doo characters tagging along.

The small, feather-like "spikes" on the Blue Falcon's suit often intersect and visibly clip into each other as he moves. I wasn't interested in the secondary characters at all, even though Mark Wahlberg was enjoyable as the voice of The Blue Falcon.

Sadly, Scoob! If it had shifted its focus around and given the characters who the movie truly is about the attention they deserve, I think it could have been a better movie. Hearing a solid cast was being assembled for the voices and having liked some of the writer's previous work, I was going into this one with some minor expectations. isn't as interested in relating a Scooby-Doo mystery as it is in building a shared Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe so that superheroes can take center stage (because apparently no shared universe is worth a damn unless it involves superheroes).
