I'll definitely be eating more perciatelli in the future. It's great if you are broke and/or lazy. I like to try different types of pasta all the time, and I recently try perciatelli. Bucatini all'Amatriciana are famous with tomato sauce, pork cheek and a sprinkling of pecorino romano (sheep's cheese). The pasta dish came out really really good.
