Got great service on warranty replacement. Now I actually enjoy washing dishes!five stars. It is impossible to seat it correctly in place and it simply doesn't fit. In particular,the knife holder.Wine glass holder on this item was love at first sight. The pullout rack for cups is useful for small items like the lid of my water bottle, jar lids, etc. KEEP UP GOOD WORKthis version is much much better than the older plastic sided version. I currently have the best dish drainer on the island.As i do most of the washing of dishes and pots and pans, I have found this dish rack to be very nice. Water doesn't spot or stain much and when it does just wipe it with a dry microfiber cloth or even a semi moist paper towel and that does the trick! However, I am on my third one. After about one year of daily use the walls protective coating breaks down and the rust starts. It's proof of the genius behind this that, with prior dishracks, I never realized how much space was wasted by empty glasses, but now I could barely function without the four cupholders. Its knife & wine-glass stands are both nice - except for may be it's a bit short for the "regular-sized" knives - but the dishrack itself is designed to store just 7 plates (our good old Costco's Kitchen Aid was designed for 16). This works really well, has good capacity, is robust and strong, the wine glass rack and the knife block are great touches, the whole thing is easy to clean and looks great. All of the little side holders are marvelous and we don't even use them as they were intended to be used. The unit's removable inner wire frame provides generous space for multiple plates and saucers, and its convenient row of tines can be flipped up for additional plates or flipped down to make room for larger pots, pans, and mixing bowls. The wine glass holder gives is visual appeal and is unique in the world of dish racks. The whole thing is meticulously engineered, with plates fitting effortlessly on one side, and bowls, tupperware, and small pots resting gracefully on the other. Seems to be quality construction, so I definitely feel it was a good investment.Use this product every day. It is very functional and looks very stylish on my countertop. No longer am I quickly scrubbing mold off an uninspired piece of molded plastic so that I can hide the darn thing before guests arrive and see what sort of filthy prison the dishes I serve them on is consigned too.

It is definetely worth the money.I brought this having in mine that we are a famili of 4 and that's something that I use every day the look is great that what I like about it but the inside rack that suppose to hold de dishes don't have enoght room for the plates at all but other than that it is ok and is worthed the money this product is great!
