Just when you think you have a handle on things something happens and you are clueless again. So this book was so freaking awesome I could not put it down!! I didn't know who to trust but I love how things are coming together. She has friends and an almost-boyfriend. Young adult novels are not my usual preference, but the Vale Hall series has me beguiled. So much has happened over the first two books, I really cannot wait to see what’s going to happen in the I have really been enjoying the Vale Hall series by Kristen Simmons. Due to this discrepancy and the fact that I felt betrayed while reading the book has lead me to give it four stars.The book was flawlessly executed, with deceit and betrayal to both the protagonist and the reader. They have been taught well, they have been used in the past and won't stand for it again. Even the youngest family members are catered for, with a supervised crèche, day nursery and junior activity programme.
